•Successfully managed cash flow to allow L&W to move from a Factoring Accounts Receivable line back to a Traditional Accounts Receivable Line
•Compiled annual budgets working with each department head to forecast revenue and costs year-over-year
•Provide cash flow and other financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO to help maximize cash flow and net income while minimizing tax implications
•Managed cash flow during a rapid growth period (2006 revenue $5,000,000; 2007 revenue $7,500,000; 2008 revenue $13,000,000)
Reporting & Compliance
•Coordinated monthly financials statements, financial reports and any special reports/inquires of the CEO or Board of Directors
•Create and enforce internal finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures
•Ensure compliance with GAAP and other State and Federal Agencies
Risk Management
•Oversee corporate insurance coverage to meet or exceed minimum government requirements and ensure that all contractual requirements are met
•Work with the sales team to negotiate contracts and clarify expectations/deliverables, payment terms, and to eliminate any one-sided contract clauses

•Establish and Implement (from scratch) a Hosted Unified Communication/Messaging solution for our existing customer based utilizing Server Virtualization and Enterprise Server 2008

•Reinvented the answering service as a 24-hour call center
•Redefined the focus of the Celluar Agency to focus on high margin business customers without alienating existing customers
