A small national recognized alternative fuel upfit company. Company has developed proprietary technology to allow alternative fueled vehicles to obtain EPA and CARB SULEV certifications with full OBDII compliance.

Controller/Operations Manager, responsible for all finance, administration and operations at 4 facilities.
Facilitated move from Louisville, Kentucky to Dallas, Texas and the acquisition of a competitor. Developed the necessary logistics to transition from a buyer of technology to a developer.
Negotiated with the IRS and 2 states to clear 4 years of payroll tax and Workman’s Comp issues, saving the company over 100K in fines and penalties
Implemented necessary controls and procedures, both Accounting and operational, to manage a 100% growth in sales.
Negotiate terms and conditions for 3 outside facilities.
Compose progress reports to State Government partner agencies on the progress of our proprietary technologies.
Oversee the installation and conversion from a pier-to-pier network to a server-based network. Project budget development, variance analysis and reporting. Interact with customers in order to schedule production in regards to service and upfit location and timing to best serve the interests of BAF and our customers. Over see the logistics of keeping 4 locations supplied with necessary materials while negotiating with subs on statements of work. Negotiate agreements with customers to provide service and warranty work.

An interior plant care company. Company had local as well as national accounts. Did the interior landscaping for a major department store chain along the Gulf Coast and California.

Controller, responsible for all finance and administration. Filed sales and use taxes for 7 states and payroll for 2 states. Also monitored performance of 75 sub-contractors.

1996-1999

Start-up Company performing backend telemarketing services for home based business opportunities advertised thru local seminars.

Controller, set-up accounting and back office functions. Established operations and accounting policies and procedures. Responsibilities include F/S preparation, all HR functions and oversight of Customer Service, daily cash reconciliations, and cash management and investor relations. Oversight of warehouse and inventory. Supervised a staff of 12.

International Concepts Group, Dallas Texas
1990-1996

Accounting Manager, responsible for A/P, A/R, payroll, commissions, personnel, converted accounting system from Peachtree to SBT Pro, cash management, supervise staff of 6, restructured Accounting Dept. consisting of setting up books, establishing policies and procedures, and accounting files

CCP was a division of ICG. CCP provided small and home based businesses the opportunity to accept credit cards. CCP was a leader in establishing relationships with major credit card processors to enable home based business to accept credit card and check by phone payments. Notable achievements at CCP were:
