Job Description:

 Looking for personable, outgoing, detail-oriented, motivated, native English-speaking, bilingual (Spanish), reliable, multi-tasking fiend. You will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and be responsible for all front-desk and other administrative-support duties. At the front desk, duties will include: answering phones, checking-in patients, confirming insurance, stocking office supplies, discharging patients, and maintaining reception & break room orderliness. Must be computer literate. No previous experience is necessary but ability to learn new skills is crucial to success in family-friendly, service-oriented boutique environment. You will be cross-trained to eventually assist with every aspect of the office. Paid sick day and vacation day benefits available after first year of employment. Reviewed annually for raises. Full-time employment opportunity available immediately. Salary commensurate with experience; wage range is $9.00-$12.00/hour.
