TITLE: BSA Analyst I – New Accounts Processor
DEPARTMENT: BSA COMPLIANCE
SUPERVISOR: Head of BSA Compliance
Preferably the candidate would have some entry level banking experience and should posses the ability to work efficiently and independently as part of a team, be highly organized; detail oriented and demonstrates interest and willingness to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
-Enter new & existing accounts into the banks AS400 and ADP system
-Perform maintenance and updates to customer accounts
-Make copies, scan and upload customer account packages
-Maintain, update, and develop tracking logs and spreadsheets
-Monitor the receipt and distribution of account documents
-Organize & maintain compliance files updated
-Assist in special projects and performing other duties as needed
Requirements:
-Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
-Some knowledge of Know Your Customer, Customer Identification Program, and USA PATRIOT Act requirements.
-Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Portuguese a plus.
-Able to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
