 Director of Nursing – CCRC in Fountain Hills Arizona

Immediate opportunity exists for an experienced Director of Nursing at Fountain View Village, Fountain Hill's premier skilled nursing community. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating all nursing functions for our 65 bed community. Incumbent will ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care and health services to our residents in an effective and timely manner, with complete understanding and consideration for all legal responsibilities, while promoting cost effectiveness.

Qualified candidates will possess:



Previous DON or RN-Supervisor experience in a skilled/LTC setting
RN licensure in the state of Arizona in good standing
Strong leader with a collaborative team building approach
