Job Description:

Everest College – Chicago, IL

General Duties:
· Maintain a teaching assignment each module including facilitating labs.
· Plan course instruction based on approved syllabus/course outline provided to ensure course content and learning objectives are met
· Distribute a copy of the module calendar to all students at first class meeting
· Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate the learning styles of a diverse student enrollment
· Administer and grade examinations
· Actively maintain student retention by keeping accurate daily attendance records, calling absent students, recording absentee information, and communicating any attendance concerns to the Program Chair or DOE
· Be available to advise, tutor and assist students as needed

Requirements:
· Must have 3 – 4 years experience as a Dental Assistant
· Working knowledge of chair-side assisting and sterilization techniques
· Effective laboratory skills
