The core purpose of the Regional Case Manager position is to provide high quality and cost-effective health and medical services to associates in accordance with corporate guidelines, legal and regulatory compliance and best practices of the Occupational Health Organization. Provides professional medical treatment, integrated case management and collaborates with site team in promotion of health improvement initiatives, resulting in greater associate well-being and productivity.
Principal Accountabilities:Occupational Health Nurse
*Direct any emergency and all routine care of associates.
*Counsels associates on health issues and appropriate solutions and referrals.
*Manage regional, integrated medical case management program including: short and long term disability, worker's compensation and return to work programs to promote well-being and optimize productivity.
*Collaborate with external providers, to resolve complex medical/mental health situations.
*Assure regulatory and legal compliance with Federal and State agencies (OSHA, FMLA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.) and company policies.
*Responsible for OSHA recordkeeping, FMLA tracking, Hearing Conservation Program, Medical Response team, ADA accommodations, etc.
*Responsible for tracking performance measures and the collection and timely reporting of established occupational health and health improvement metrics.
*Educate / communicate to key stakeholders regarding Occupational Health processes, policies and practices, and ways of working
*Collaborate with site health tracks advisor to ensure optimum wellness programs that enhance and promote healthy lifestyles. Refer associates to appropriate health improvement programs.
*Provide support to Safety/Environmental initiatives by evaluating job demands and maintaining job physical demands analysis, finding ergonomic solutions and participating in accident investigations.

Minimum Requirements:
*Two years Occupational Health Nursing experience
*Registered Nurse with a three (3) year Diploma or a two (2) year Associate of Science degree in Nursing
COHN/S (Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist)
*This role requires up to 25% travel.
*Successful completion of substance and background screen
Preferred Requirements:
*Registered Nurse
*Four (4) year Bachelors degree in Nursing
*Project Experience with at least two (2) corporate projects
