Looking for a BC/BE Family Physician for a Midsize community of 50K (over 200K during the winter season) in western Arizona to join a primary care, community health center. Located just 1 hour from MAJOR metro area. Physician will be Medical Director of this brand new Community Health Center. 95% Clinical, 5% Admin. Outpatient Only, unless physician wishes to do Inpatient work. (2 community hospitals) Light Call. Practice currently has an FNP and a Part Time Medical Director just helping until a FT physician is hired. Interest in Community Health, Preventative Medicine, Educational Programs, is a plus. Electronic Medical Records. Office hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Frid = 8am-5pm, Wed = 10am-7pm. Patient load= 20-25 patients/day.
