Training, Benefits & Compensation: Cachet will provide initial sales training and remote administrative support to Sales Representative. We will provide a laptop and cell phone for the Sales Representative. Cachet offers an attractive compensation and benefits package designed to reward the Representative for their initiative, to include a competitive base salary, draw, and commission structure. Travel expenses will be closely monitored and reimbursed. Benefits package starts after 90 days of employment and includes, vacation, sick days, medical, and 401(K) plan.
Salary: $42 - 55K based on experience. 3K bonus to be paid out during the first 3 months of employment. |

Regional Manager Job Description
Position: Regional Sales Manager – ACH and Payroll Tax Divisions
Department: Sales and Marketing
Position Summary: Sales Representative will be assigned a regional territory and will market our state-of-the-art systems and services to the payroll service industry and to major corporate accounts. As an Outside Sales Representative, the candidate will maintain and develop new business in the above designated territory; achieving goals and objectives set by management, creating proposals and demonstrating product solutions, while ensuring compliance with company policies. The sales professional we're searching for must be a self-starter and possess a great deal of motivation and goal execution skills.
General Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Prospecting and closing sales accounts.
• Cold calling.
• Conducting presentations, both remotely and in person.
• General Internet and phone research.
• Database management.
• Managing expense reports.
• Providing the necessary documents to Operations to assist Clients in the transition between the sales process and implementation.
• General client follow up and maintenance.
• Business trips to include, conferences, and meetings prospects and clients.
• All other sales related tasks required by management.
Qualifications: We're looking for a high-energy, professional individual with assertive (not aggressive) selling skills. The qualified candidate will have 3 -5 years in a quota driven sales position, and must have excellent prospecting, new business development, motivation, and goal execution skills. The candidate should possess strong business and work ethics and the ability to succeed in an independent environment.
Requirements: Computer proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products and Internet usage for research is a must. Knowledge of ACT or other database software is a requirement.

Qualifications: Education: College Degree or equivalent experience.
Related experience: Minimum 3 -5 years of related sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of B2B outside selling experience with concrete evidence of performance. Selling payroll tax services to corporate clients is preferable.
