Job Description:

 The Director of Emergency and Trauma Services should be a nurse who has a background in Emergency Medicine. This person will supervise the Emergency Department and Trauma Services staff (approximately 30 FTEs). They should possess at least a BSN (preferably with a Certification) or a master’s degree. Compensation ranges from $75K - $85K, depending on experience and education. Candidates should be clinically strong and have at least a year of Director experience, preferably 3-5 years.

The Director of Women’s Services should be a nurse who has a background in Labor & Delivery. This person will supervise the L & D and Postpartum staff (approximately 30 FTEs). They should possess at least a BSN (preferably with a Certification) or a master’s degree. Compensation ranges from $75K - $85K, depending on experience and education. Candidates should be clinically strong and have at least a year of Director experience, preferably 3-5 years.

The Director of Children’s Services should be a nurse who has a background in Level III Neonatology. This person will supervise the NICU, Nursery and Pediatrics Staff (approximately 30 FTEs). They should possess at least a BSN (preferably with a Certification) or a master’s degree. Compensation ranges from $75K - $85K, depending on experience and education. Candidates should be clinically strong have at least a year of Director experience, preferably 3-5 years.
