Job Description:

ITs a network Logo
 Medical facility located in NW Harris County is seeking an RN Case Manager, available to work full-time. Normal hours 8a-5p; Must have knowledge of Meditech, interqual criteria, and discharge planning.

Previous case management experience is a plus
Experience in an acute medical setting and discharge planning is preferred
Prior Charge Nurse or Service Coordinator experience is a plus


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Current RN Licensure for the State of Texas
Bachelors Degree (Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration or similar)

Occasional travel (max 25%) - must have reliable transportation
