Analysis and Solution Definition
· Quickly understands the client business and work flow needs in relation to the clinical product development.
· Reviews and edits requirements, functional specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
· Develops scenarios, use cases and functional specifications by incorporating prototype focused product development.
Technical Recommendation and Testing
· Support quality assurance team with developing and reviewing test plans.
· Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
· Works with internal and external client personnel to identify required changes.
· Communicates needed changes to development team.
Project Execution
· Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
· Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
· Communicates and applies project standards.
· Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
· Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
· Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.
Innovator Development
· Conducts effective progress evaluations in a timely manner.
· Mentors those with less experience through informal channels.
· Seeks and participates in development opportunities above and beyond training required by us.

Prerequisite Experience
· 5+ years technology product development experience
· Health information technology background
· Success as individual contributor/team player
· Strong project management and research skills
· BA/BS required; Masters degree a plus
