Job Description

Coordinate, direct, and manage the overall clinical operations.
Efficiently manage the daily operations of the agency from taking referrals through billing.
Responsible for orientation of new staff and their continued education.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding state and Medicare rules and regulations.
Review patient chart information to insure the plan of care is being provided properly.
Develop and maintain Quality Improvement Program.
Able to multitask and take on any other necessary tasks.
Complete and submit any reports or records needed to comply with state and federal guidelines.


Requirements

- B.A. in Nursing; Masters preferred
- Licensed R.N. in Illinois
- Director of Nursing experience within the last 3 years; at least 2 years of management experience.
- Strong understanding of OASIS, PPS, Medicare and state rules and regulations
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for communicating with patients and their family members, physicians, other referral sources, and staff.
